Location of units;
Estimate of distance between indoor and outdoor units;
Heat generating equipment in room, e.g. computers, fridges, TVs, number of people etc;
Size of any windows - including whether any are south facing;
Access for working at height - including whether it looks possible to work from steps and/or ladder; and
